Policy of Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of Invoice.

***This company is an Independent Handyman and restoration company.  We are tied into and under contract with a private financial nationwide franchise.  They fund and monitor this website.  Any reviews or concerns can be left on this website and will be addressed promptly by Mr. Hall.  The Nationwide Franchise, connected to this company, allows Mr. Hall to use their services, the Patented Name, Keep It Simple, and other financial resources connected to Mr. Hall’s Business.  Under the contract of this business, we can not change the pricing for services, the franchise figures pricing for all services.

General Contract:  Mr. Hall and the Nationwide franchise, require a 2 part contract.  A signing of a general contract at the beginning of every job, before starting, and a satisfactory signing at the end of every job.

Payment Policy:  As of 7/1/2018  Mr. Hall and the nationwide franchise, now only accept credit/debit card payments.  The acceptance of checks will be determined by Mr. Hall and the authorization of the Nationwide Franchise.

Payment for material: any material that Mr. Hall’s Company pays for must be paid at the request of Mr. Hall

Stock inventory payment: Mr. Hall’s company keeps certain amounts of different materials on stock.  When used for your job or on a jobsite, Mr. Hall will write a general invoice for the cost of that material.  This is a practice well known for large and small companies.  Keep It Simple, this means that you will not always get a store receipt for supplies used.

Failure of payment:  Under the regulations of the Nationwide franchise, and Mr. Hall Company, They are required to go by the local district court and the city court, which states that all clients must be notified by 1st class mail and certified mail, and given 10 days to resolve the issue. It the issue is not resolved, there will be a claim filed against you at the local magistrate for the funds owed to the company. Any contract signed that required a payment adjustment, the Nationwide Franchise and Mr. Hall’s Company reserve the right to charge the full hourly wage, including all service charges.  When signing a contract, with Mr. Hall’s Company, this is explained to the client what the general contract is.  When signing the general contract, you agree to these terms.

Any matters that become a court procedure, under the terms of the nationwide franchise, will be reported to the Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau
